At Six Flags Qiddiya, This role partners with the Senior Leaders to support the business strategy through the people agenda at Six Flags which will include supervising the activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

  • Driving and the recruiting and selection activities along with the TA Manager
  • Assist TA Manager in creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
  • Co-designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Partnering with leaders within the company to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Managing vacancies and budgeting for all open roles
  • Interview and support in refining final short list of candidates to the hiring manager
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for all roles
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Create and deliver job offers for potential hires.
  • Build and develop strong partnership with universities' career centers.
  • Organize and participate in employment fairs and recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
  • Partnership with Six Flags Corporate to ensure company goals are met

متطلبات الوظيفة

Education:
BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field;

MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role

Skills

Computer Skills: Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools and working on recruitment systems

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic

Advanced knowledge of recruitment cycle end to end and sourcing candidates
