Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, market penetration, and profitability in the duct industry
  • Evaluate market conditions and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. - Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.
  • Make informed decisions based on market analysis and business intelligence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and strengthen customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and penetrate new markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company profitability targets.
  • Oversee the production, quality control, and delivery of HVAC duct products. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Must have skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a an Area Manager in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving profitability and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
