- Oversee the management of resources, including the transportation and distribution of goods, while ensuring effective inventory control and efficient time management. Responsibilities include developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and setting targets.
- Process material requisitions.
- Monitor material movement and maintain inventory control processes such as establishing minimum stock levels, tracking inventory, reporting discrepancies, and preparing goods receipt and material return notes related to stock.
- Implement First In, First Out (FIFO) methods for products with shelf life and maintain accurate logs accordingly.
- Guarantee the proper and safe usage of logistics equipment provided, serving as the custodian for fixed assets like mobile devices, computers, forklifts, and other store-related equipment to ensure a seamless operational flow. </ul>
