Identify and acquire new merchant partners across targeted sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners.
Negotiate partnership terms, commercial agreements, and onboarding requirements.
Educate merchants on consumer finance products (BNPL, installment programs, payment solutions).
Work with merchants to activate campaigns, offers, and promotions that drive sales.
Monitor merchant performance, ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Act as the main point of contact for merchant inquiries, escalations, and support.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Risk, Operations) to deliver merchant solutions.
Provide feedback and market insights from merchants to inform product and partnership strategies.
Prepare regular reports on merchant acquisition, performance, and pipeline.
Responsibilities:
. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
. 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, business development.
. Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
. Experience in Fintech partnerships.
