Role Overview:<\/strong>
<\/h3>The individual will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of electrical systems in alignment with project timelines, financial constraints, and quality benchmarks across various real estate developments.<\/p>
Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>- Create technical documents and liaise with consultants to secure necessary approvals.<\/li>
- Oversee and evaluate electrical installations including low voltage panels, lighting systems, earthing, and more.<\/li>
- Track project progress, workforce output, and material specifications.<\/li>
- Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations and other relevant authorities.<\/li>
- Assist the procurement department by providing bills of quantities (BOQs) and material submittals.<\/li><\/ul>

متطلبات الوظيفة
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–8 years experience in UAE/MENA construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and electrical load calculations.
