Rawafid is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process across various construction projects, ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are acquired effectively and efficiently. You will assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing procurement documentation while collaborating closely with project managers and other departments. Your analytical skills will be key in evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies. Responsibilities

  • Processing Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders via Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) 2018.
  • Contacting vendors to get quotations per the PR requirements.
  • Preparing commercial comparisons of vendor quotations for approval.
  • Negotiating with vendors for favorable commercial conditions. 5. Preparing Purchase Orders in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018.
  • Coordinating delivery with vendor and project team.
  • Preparing payment certificates.
  • Receiving material in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018.
  • Recording vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018.
  • Communicating with accounts & finance for the processing of payments on time.
  • Communicating with the project team for purchasing and delivery requirements.
  • Filing purchase orders and payment certificates in accordance with the company policy.
  • Preparing reports from Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in procurement software (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of procurement processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and project teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
