We are in search of a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Business Architect who will be responsible for managing the comprehensive business justification and value narrative surrounding our AI initiatives. You will play an essential role, tasked with quantifying potential opportunities during the pre-sales phase and subsequently validating business outcomes post-implementation. This position is vital for transforming innovative AI ideas into financially viable investments that yield measurable ROI and drive strategic transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales & Business Case Development: Collaborate with sales and solution teams to engage with clients, identify potential value drivers, and construct persuasive, data-driven business cases and financial models (including ROI, TCO, NPV) for AI projects.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Serve as the authority on value realization during proposal development, establishing success metrics, creating credible ROI models, and effectively communicating the financial justifications to obtain stakeholder approval.
- AI MVP Design & Validation: Partner with technical teams to design AI Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and business use cases that are rooted in tangible value, leading efforts to measure and verify their financial impact throughout and following implementation.
- Practice Collaboration: Work in close conjunction with Practice Leaders to create standardized value frameworks, financial models, and benchmarking tools that enhance our AI business case offerings.
- AI-Led Digital Transformation: Provide guidance to clients on the economic and operational ramifications of AI, acting as a trusted advisor to help formulate AI transformation roadmaps driven by business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A demonstrable history as a Business Architect, Data Modeler, or Management Consultant, possessing extensive expertise in crafting complex financial models and business cases, ideally for AI/ML applications.
- Comprehensive experience covering the full lifecycle, from pre-sales activities and proposal creation to the measurement of business value and ROI post-implementation.
- Robust knowledge in data modeling, KPI establishment, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into distinct financial and operational advantages.
- Prior exposure in a prestigious management consulting environment is highly desirable, especially with a concentration on digital transformation and technology value realization.
- A strategic perspective—you are equally adept at constructing a discounted cash flow model for a CFO as you are facilitating discussions on value drivers with executives to outline an AI MVP.
