CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide technical support and guidance in dairy technology by actively participating in projects, production processes, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as contributing to daily processing and filling plans and coordinating with the maintenance and quality departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Recognized relevant qualification from a Dairy Training institute ( Dairy Tech. Graduate).
NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
Clear written and spoken English and computer literate.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year in FMCG production environment.
Experience in an automated process control environment
Exposure to a lean manufacturing environment
Evidence of having worked with International Quality standards
COMPETENCIES:
Measurement skills, Computer knowledge of Excel, Word is essential.
Cheerful, Cooperative, methodical and assertive
Experience in SAP
Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
