The Civil Site Supervisor will lead on-site civil execution activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in overseeing the daily supervision of structural and finishing works within high-rise construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all civil operations including excavation, formwork, concreting, and finishing tasks.
- Oversee coordination of manpower, subcontractors, and material supply.
- Ensure work progresses following architectural drawings, quality benchmarks, and schedule constraints.
- Identify and address on-site challenges in collaboration with site engineers.
- Document daily site progress reports and convey updates to the engineering team.
- Lead safety briefings and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of UAE experience in similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
