  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for all projects.
  • Establish and monitor sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annually) along with necessary growth KPIs.
  • Drive sales initiatives to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team comprising sales managers, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Engage proactively with key clients and strategic business partners.
  • Coordinate efforts with marketing, product, design, and operations teams for project launches, client events, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Deliver sales reports, forecasts, challenges, and action plans to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations (RERA, DLD) and internal policy controls.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 6+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, with at least 4  years in a leadership role at a developer.
  • Proven success in leadership roles with track record of hitting aggressive targets.
  • Strong expertise in lead management, training, and target achievement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are beneficial.
