At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Senior Associate – Revenue Compliance is responsible for supporting the integrity and accuracy of the park’s revenue by performing detailed audits, reconciliations, and reporting across admissions, food & beverage, retail, and other revenue-generating streams. This role ensures compliance with established financial controls and policies, identifies potential risks, and highlights discrepancies for resolution.

JOB-SPECIFIC
▪
Perform daily verification and reconciliation of revenue transactions from all outlets, including admissions, F&B, merchandise, games, and events.
▪
Prepare and submit daily and monthly revenue compliance reports for review by the Manager.
▪
Reconcile point-of-sale (POS) and other revenue systems against supporting documentation.
▪
Flag discrepancies, variances, or unusual transactions and escalate them to the Manager for further investigation.
▪
Ensure transactions comply with established financial controls, accounting standards, and internal policies.
▪
Maintain organized and accurate records of reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation.
▪
Assist in reviewing rate variance reports to confirm correct application of rates.
▪
Provide support during investigations into billing and revenue discrepancies.
▪
Contribute insights to process improvement opportunities identified through daily audit work.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Revenue Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
3-6 years of professional experience in Revenue Compliance in the hospitality and theme park entertainment industry.
Experience in daily revenue reconciliation, financial reporting, and internal audits.
Background in hotel, theme park, or financial services preferred.
Skilled in identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
Skills:
Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and investigate variances.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation and reporting.
Proficiency in using ERP, POS systems (VGS, Micros, ADACO)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Experience: Previous experience in income auditing
Familiarity with hotel revenue processes and systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
