Odoo Consultant
CLEAR is looking for an experienced and motivated Odoo Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise with the Odoo ERP platform to help our clients optimize their business processes, drive efficiency, and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of business needs and existing workflows to identify opportunities for Odoo implementation and improvement.
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo applications to enhance client functionality and meet specific business requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients, helping them to effectively utilize Odoo modules and features.
- Manage Odoo implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the organization specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Odoo with existing systems and processes for seamless business operations.
- Stay up to date with latest Odoo developments, features, and best practices to provide clients with the most effective solutions.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate Odoo capabilities and educate clients on ERP strategies.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant or in a similar role with experience in ERP systems.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP software, including several modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PostgreSQL databases.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
