The Transportation Supervisor at Ninja is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of transportation staff, including drivers and logistics personnel.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transport of goods.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Train and mentor transportation team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Address any operational issues or challenges, working proactively to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery reports and driver logs.
