Job Description
KILONEWTONS seeks an experienced SUPERVISOR to oversee operations in our Dubai facility. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory experience with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 150 technicians/staff members
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure 100% compliance
- Prepare work schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and personnel
- Collaborate with management to improve processes
- 5+ years supervisory experience in construction industry
- Technical knowledge of construction industry
- Proficiency in:
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Industry-specific software
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication in English (Arabic a plus)
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
