✨ Your Responsibilities

As our Marketing Manager, you will embody multiple roles — strategist, storyteller, digital expert, and enabler of growth. You’ll have the following responsibilities:

Branding: Craft and elevate our brand identity for ERP and digital solutions, ensuring recognition as a trusted market partner.
SEO: Formulate and execute SEO strategies to enhance search visibility and boost organic traffic.
Content Marketing: Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership, to drive SEO and lead generation.
Lead Generation: Create and manage innovative multi-channel campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert qualified leads for our sales organization.
Social Media Management: Oversee and expand our social media presence, encouraging engagement and cultivating a dedicated community.
Media Buying: Strategically plan, negotiate, and implement media buys (PPC, digital ads, sponsorships) to widen reach and maximize ROI.
Events & Webinars: Coordinate and conduct webinars, virtual sessions, and industry events to connect with prospects and establish us as thought leaders.
Partner & Channel Marketing: Engage with technology partners (e.g., SAP) on collaborative marketing campaigns, utilizing available co-marketing resources.
Marketing Automation & CRM: Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows, ensuring alignment with sales processes and visibility across the marketing funnel.
PR & Thought Leadership: Create PR strategies, write press releases, and secure media coverage. Develop thought leadership content that showcases Müller Solutions as a specialist in ERP, outsourcing, and digital transformation.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, assess, and report on all marketing initiatives, ensuring ongoing improvement and clear ROI.

Who You Are

✔️ Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing within the IT landscape — ideally with experience in ERP (e.g., SAP), their partnerships, and outsourcing & managed services.
✔️ Profound understanding of branding and positioning for intricate technology solutions.
✔️ Proven skills in SEO, lead generation, content marketing, and paid media initiatives.
✔️ Proficient in social media management and marketing automation tools.
✔️ Experienced in planning and facilitating webinars or industry-related events.
✔️ Background in executing PR campaigns and creating thought leadership.
✔️ Analytical, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
