Description

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to join our analytics and engineering team. This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, and data — ideal for someone who loves solving technical problems that drive real business impact.

You’ll be responsible for implementing tracking infrastructure, supporting experimentation (CRO), and building internal tools, including AI-powered systems, that streamline workflows and unlock new capabilities across marketing and analytics.

You'll Do

  • Set up and manage tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4
  • Build and QA custom tags, triggers, and data layers to support clean, actionable analytics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop lightweight tools and automation systems (AI agents, internal utilities, dashboards, etc.)
  • Support A/B testing infrastructure using platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Unbounce
  • Troubleshoot and optimize technical performance of marketing and analytics integrations
  • Contribute to the development of internal systems that improve visibility, forecasting, and marketing execution
  • Build front-end interfaces for internal tools (basic UI, dashboards, forms)
  • Support documentation and knowledge sharing for analytics, automation, and tooling

You have:

  • Strong experience with GTM, GA4, and marketing analytics implementation
  • Proficiency in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience building or maintaining automation tools, internal apps, or scripts
  • Familiarity with APIs and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) or the ability to quickly get up to speed
  • A solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and event-based analytics
  • Experience with data QA and debugging in browser/network environments
  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills — able to translate between marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Curiosity, creativity, and drive to build things that make teams better

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Snowplow
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Looker Studio
  • Prior experience supporting marketing experimentation or CRO programs
  • Passion for emerging technology and using AI to automate workflows
