- 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing.
- Strong familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in documentation and audit reporting.
- A robust understanding of industry-specific compliance requirements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (such as ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor) will be considered an advantage.
