Job Summary:
We're seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of project plans, including the coordination of timelines and detailed planning.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and following up on the implementation plan for projects, including the creation of detailed timelines.
- Creating and maintaining project files for all project-related documents.
- Preparing and sharing project implementation plans with stakeholders.
- Documenting lessons learned from each project to improve future project planning and execution.
- Preparing regular project update reports as well as technical and financial reports.
- Conducting site visits for new customers under onboarding and evaluating their progress.
- Entering and updating all project-related data within our system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborating with the Operations team and the Location Management Department to develop best practices for new project implementation.
- Completing any tasks assigned by the direct manager promptly and effectively.
- Following up on pending tasks with respective task owners for various projects.
- Assisting with office tasks such as arranging meetings, coordinating with other departments, and liaising with customers.
