Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop & execute country-level business strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Oversee P&L management with full accountability for financial performance
- Identify & capitalize on new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia
- Lead all operational functions (projects, HR, finance, compliance)
- Ensure adherence to KSA labor laws, regulations & company policies
- Implement performance metrics & KPIs across departments
- Build relationships with government entities, clients & partners
- Represent KILONEWTONS at industry events & high-level meetings
- Report directly to global leadership with market insights
- Recruit, mentor & lead a high-performing local team
- Foster a culture of innovation, safety & compliance
Core Experience:
- 10+ years in senior management roles (construction/engineering industry preferred)
- Proven track record of business growth in Saudi Arabia
- Deep understanding of KSA market dynamics & regulations
- Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting)
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced MS Office/Google Workspace skills
- Exceptional negotiation & decision-making abilities
- Cultural fluency to navigate KSA business environment
- Arabic fluency (strongly preferred)
