A leading medical company is seeking to hire a Customer Service representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests, receiving and resolving complaints, assisting Wasfaty customers, as well as scheduling and coordinating appointments. Salary is competitive, starting from 7,000 SAR. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English Language, Marketing, or related fields, along with 1–2 years of experience in customer service and proficiency in English.
