A prominent medical company is currently seeking to hire a "Customer Service" professional.
🔹Salary starting from 7,000 SAR
**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English Language, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Proficient English language skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Addressing customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Receiving and resolving any customer complaints.
- Assisting customers with Wasfaty services.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments as needed.
