Demand Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and adjust forecasts on a monthly or weekly basis to mirror actual demand trends.
• Utilize predictive analytics, statistical forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Engage in real-time data analysis and market responsiveness.
• Supervise the purchase order (PO) process, ensuring timely procurement.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, suppliers, and logistics to secure delivery time slots.
• Maintain optimal scheduling balance based on PO volumes and distribution center capacity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and enhance procurement workflows.
• Work on initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Conduct regular performance assessments with key suppliers.
• Ensure the accuracy of data within the demand planning system.
• Propose new tools, templates, or metrics to improve demand planning results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and integrated business planning processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
