Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in user experience and visual design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and human-centered digital experiences while collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and other designers in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI.
- Apply human-centric design principles to create world-class user experiences.
- Work extensively with complex design systems and ensure consistent application across all platforms.
- Utilize Figma’s full capabilities, including creating and merging branches, components, and design variations.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to UX/UI best practices.
- Participate in daily standups and agile ceremonies, sharing progress updates with the team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve user flows, interactions, and overall usability.
- Support marketplace-related projects or platforms tailored to the Kingdom market when applicable.
- Contribute to enhancing business requirements when necessary to align with user needs and expectations.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Minimum 6 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven expertise in User Experience (UX) design methodologies.
- Exceptional UI and visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong experience with complex design systems and reusable components.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including branches, components, and version management.
- Previous experience building marketplace platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience designing digital experiences for the Kingdom market (a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in an Agile environment with daily progress updates.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
