POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Digital Media Executive is responsible for managing and executing performance digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role focuses on delivering measurable results while staying within budget and aligning with client and business goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and proven expertise in managing campaigns across multiple channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Lead and manage performance media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital advertising channels.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to meet client objectives, KPIs, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
2. Campaign Optimization and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive improved performance (ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, etc.).
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, platform dashboards) to track campaign results and inform adjustments.
- Ensure accurate implementation of tracking (tags, pixels, conversion events) in coordination with the Data & Analytics team.
- Apply audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
3. Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across platforms to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spend and profitability, ensuring campaigns remain within budget and deliver on financial targets.
4. Innovation & Testing:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital media and performance marketing.
- Propose and implement A/B testing, new ad formats, and innovative approaches to optimize campaign performance.
5. Client Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress and performance.
- Develop tailored media strategies based on client goals, budgets, and expectations.
- Present campaign insights, performance results, and recommendations to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
6. Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices in campaign management and optimization.
- Foster smooth communication and collaboration within the media team and across departments.
