About the Role:
A Fleet Driver Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a fleet of vehicles and the drivers who operate them. This role involves managing schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating maintenance, and addressing performance issues. They also play a key role in training, safety, and cost management within the fleet.

Operational Management:
- Supervising daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments and routes.
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Monitoring fuel consumption and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.
Driver Management:
- Training and mentoring drivers.
- Addressing performance issues and providing feedback.
- Monitoring driver behavior and promoting safe driving practices.
- Scheduling drivers and assigning routes.
- Client level relationship at the warehouse staff.
