A company in Riyadh is looking for a fresh graduate to fill the position of HR Officer. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately maintain employee records and input data into HR systems. - Support HR administrative operations such as managing vacations, documentation, and archiving. - Assist in report preparation and maintaining HR databases. - Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new employees. - Provide administrative support to the HR team. Requirements: - Strong skills in data entry with precision and speed. - Familiarity with onboarding processes is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel). - Good communication and organizational skills.
