We are looking for a Technical Lead/Manager - AI to spearhead our AI initiatives. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, along with the capacity to guide and mentor a dedicated team of AI professionals.
As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our AI solutions meet business objectives and uphold industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a talented team of AI engineers.
- Supervise the design and development of AI models and algorithms.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions.
- Assess and implement the latest AI technologies and tools.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews and mentor team members.
- Identify potential project risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Software development, 4 + years of experience in AI tools and frameworks , 3 years experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
