Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Senior Specialist - Contracts to join our team at FlyAkeed. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal support in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the company in managing its contractual obligations. You will play a key role in minimizing risks, safeguarding the company’s interests, and ensuring effective contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Ensure all contracts are legally sound and aligned with the company’s compliance framework.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide advice and recommendations for management on contract risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, etc.) to align contract terms with business needs.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and monitor deadlines, renewals, and obligations.
  • Conduct legal due diligence on contractual terms to safeguard the company’s interests.
  • Support in resolving contractual disputes or issues in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, preferably in Commercial Law or Contract Management.
  • Previous experience working in the corporate sector with proven expertise in legal contract review and compliance.
  • +3 years of professional experience and minimum of 1 year in a relevant role.
  • Strong knowledge of related systems and regulations, including: Saudi Companies Law, Government Tenders and Procurement Law and Commercial Courts Law.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex terms clearly.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
