About the Role:
As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a full business unit and lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary squad (Engineering, Design, Data, and more) to build and optimize products that matter.
This is more than just a product role—you’ll be at the heart of strategy, execution, and growth, steering products from idea to launch to continuous innovation, and ensuring they deliver measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
- Own performance & strategy: Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap, driving growth, efficiency, and outcomes for your business unit.
- Lead a high-performing squad: Mentor and inspire your cross-functional team to work collaboratively and deliver excellence.
- Drive end-to-end product development: From ideation and discovery to launch and optimization, you’ll ensure products meet both user and business needs.
- Manage stakeholders strategically: Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to align priorities and communicate progress.
- Leverage data & insights: Use market research, A/B testing, and analytics to inform decisions, refine products, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Inspire & evangelize: Share the product vision with clarity and passion—motivating your squad and influencing across the organization.
