Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our expanding HR team. In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, which includes identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding exceptional talent. Your contribution will be vital in attracting and securing high-caliber professionals who resonate with iSchool's missions and values.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers from various departments to fulfill our staffing objectives with candidates who are both qualified and culturally compatible. Moreover, you will aid in enhancing our employer brand and consistently refining our recruitment strategies and candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Work with hiring managers to identify job requirements, team dynamics, and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to draw in top-notch candidates for diverse positions.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for upcoming recruitment needs.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates via various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking events.
  • Carefully screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings with candidates through phone or video calls prior to scheduling in-person interviews.

3. Interview Coordination & Evaluation

  • Organize and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Facilitate interviews and assist hiring managers in assessing candidates’ skills, experiences, and potential fit.
  • Provide constructive feedback on interviews to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

4. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Champion iSchool’s employer brand across multiple platforms and during career events or job fairs.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment content that embodies the company’s mission and culture.

5. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and extend job offers.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by liaising with internal teams and supplying candidates with the information they require.
  • Follow up with new hires to guarantee a smooth transition into the organization.

6. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill rates, sources of hire, and acceptance rates for offers.
  • Provide continual updates and reports to the HR Manager regarding recruitment activities and any challenges encountered.
  • Consistently seek feedback and implement enhancements to optimize recruitment efficiency and the overall candidate experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process – from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding top talent. You will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining the best professionals who align with iSchool’s values and objectives.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll work closely with hiring managers across various departments to ensure we meet our staffing goals with qualified and culturally aligned candidates. You’ll also help enhance our employer brand and continuously improve our hiring strategies and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and future staffing needs.
  • Create and execute customized recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Pre-screen candidates through phone or video calls before scheduling in-person interviews.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with internal teams and providing candidates with necessary information.
  • Follow up with new hires to ensure a positive transition into the company.

6. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager on recruitment activities and challenges.
  • Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
