Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Specialist - Sponsorships who will be instrumental in crafting and executing exclusive sponsorship opportunities within the cultural and entertainment sector. This role involves developing strategic alliances that elevate Qiddiya's brand presence while ensuring mutual value is delivered to partners.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sponsorship strategies that align with Qiddiya's overarching business goals.
  • Partnership Acquisition: Identify and engage potential sponsors, crafting tailored proposals that showcase the unique opportunities associated with Qiddiya’s offerings.
  • Management of Partnerships: Oversee existing sponsorship agreements, ensuring deliverables are met and relationships are nurtured for future collaboration.
  • Event Coordination: Work closely with event management teams to ensure sponsorship integrations are executed flawlessly during events.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track sponsorship performance, preparing detailed reports that assess impact, engagement, and ROI for stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to seize new sponsorship opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Networking: Represent Qiddiya at industry events and forums to expand the network of potential sponsors and partners.
  • Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to design engaging campaigns that highlight sponsorship activations across various channels.
  • Feedback Loop: Actively seek feedback from sponsors post-activation to refine processes and enhance the sponsor experience for future initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnership management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain high-value sponsorships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Analytic skills to assess partnership performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in presentation creation and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are highly desirable.
