- Create and implement dynamic training programs centered on Crane and Lifting operations.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to pinpoint knowledge gaps and customize training solutions as necessary.
- Lead both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring participants grasp complex concepts thoroughly.
- Evaluate and monitor participant progress, modifying training methods based on received feedback and outcomes.
- Work alongside subject matter experts to remain informed about industry standards and incorporate the most current practices into training content.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical training with a focus in the relevant department - Crane / Lifting
- Strong presentation and instructional skills, with a proven ability to engage a diverse audience.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing training needs
