As a leading operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the greater MENA region, we specialize in providing high-quality bedding products under the esteemed brands of Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster. With our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, we are dedicated to innovation and exceptional customer experiences in the bedding industry. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing long-term relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align with customer needs and drive mutual growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze market insights to inform account management and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills to gather insights and drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • 30 to 40 years old
  • Egyptian, Indian, Lebanese, or Palestinian national.
