As an esteemed operation licensee of Sealy Inc., we have been delivering excellence in bedding solutions since 1990, specializing in esteemed brands such as Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our customers across the region. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to our mission of offering the best sleep solutions in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across various channels to promote Sealy products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and providing product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our mattress offerings.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and strategy.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and teammates.
  • Familiarity with sales software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • 25 to 35 years old
  • Indian, Egyptian, Lebanese, or Palestinian national.
