Company Industry: Integrated Marketing & Communications Agency
Responsibilities:
- Using Analytics and listening software to track conversations, trends, consumer Insights, strategic Insights, Influencer tracking, crisis Management, measure brand health, and sentiment, as well as campaigns performance.
- Monitor and report on social trends in the industry and amongst competitors.
- Conducting competitive analysis, researching emerging social media trends and best practices.
- Analyze the data collected and on a weekly basis, present a detailed report.
- Capture, analyze, and translate social listening data into actionable business insights.
- Deliver reports on demand to identify trends within social order to supply leadership with the emerging data and trends.
- Partner closely with the social media team to leverage and integrate social media data into overall strategy and planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media listening and data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and tell compelling stories using data
- Advanced knowledge of social listening tools, query building, sentiment scoring, and real-time data monitoring
- Familiarity with digital trends, keyword analysis, and search behavior
- Ability to distill complex data into meaningful, digestible, and visually clear reports
- Strong collaboration skills, especially working with social media, PR, and creative teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Arabic proficiency
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Days off: Fridays and Saturdays
Location: Mohandeseen, Cairo, Egypt
