Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a telesales role or relevant customer service position
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly through telephonic communication
  • Familiarity with essential computer applications, including CRM software and telephone systems
  • Capability to absorb product knowledge and effectively convey it to prospective clients
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Composed demeanor with the capacity to manage rejection
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, adept at resolving issues and handling customer complaints
  • High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospective or current customers to introduce products or services following a script
  • Respond to inquiries regarding our offerings and the company
  • Engage customers through inquiries to ascertain their needs and finalize sales
  • Channel prospective clients to the field sales team as necessary
  • Update and maintain customer records within our database
  • Accurately process and manage customer orders
  • Address concerns to maintain the integrity of the company’s reputation
  • Exceed expectations to meet sales quotas and enhance future sales opportunities
  • Document calls, sales interactions, and pertinent information for future reference

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
