As an Usher at The Groves, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with seating and
directions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visitor experience. You will serve as a front-line
representative of The Groves, providing excellent customer service, maintaining safety and order, and
contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with entry.
- Assist in front desk ticket sales.
- Provide directions, event information, and assistance to guests throughout the venue.
- Ensure orderly crowd flow and guide guests to their designated areas.
- Assist with managing queues and controlling access to restricted areas.
- Monitor guest behavior and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
- Support safety protocols and emergency procedures when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned areas.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent The Groves’ values at all times.

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or events experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken command of both English and Arabic.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with crowd management.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
