Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Academy Department at TUV SUD Middle East. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client leads and preferably a background in the training industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the growth and success of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management:
- Handle incoming client inquiries and leads, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to support the sales process.
- Monitor and track the progress of sales leads, providing regular updates to the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance sales performance.
- Administrative Duties:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documents and contracts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of training programs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
