BlackStone eIT, a leader in the computer software industry, is in search of a highly skilled Senior UX UI Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the user experience and interface of our cutting-edge software products.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. You will be involved in every stage of the design process, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to designing interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visuals.
As a Senior UX UI Designer, your role will also encompass mentoring junior designers and advocating for user-centered design principles within the team. Your keen eye for detail and passion for usability will drive the creation of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that meet both user needs and business objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX and UI design, along with a solid understanding of current design trends and technologies.

متطلبات الوظيفة
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a UX UI Designer or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects that highlight your process and results.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis.
• Ability to create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
