We are in search of a talented UI/UX Designer responsible for crafting intuitive and secure digital solutions for our banking clientele. In this role, you will be creating features for our mobile application and website, simplifying complex financial transactions into accessible, user-friendly experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups tailored for digital banking products.
- Engage in user research and conduct usability testing to confirm design effectiveness.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers in bringing features to fruition.
- Assist in the maintenance and advancement of our design system.
- Guarantee that designs comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Qualifications:

- A strong portfolio showing your design process and finished work.
- Experience in FinTech, banking, or a regulated environment is a major plus.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
