Enterprise Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving and overseeing sales Enterprise activities across various sectors with in the Saudi Arabian marketplace. This role encompasses lead generation, conversion, and achieving sales quotas. The Enterprise Sales Manager also ensures customer satisfaction, develops new business, and maintains positive client relationships.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Manage sales forecasting and set financial targets to align with company goals.
- Direct the sales of CEQUENS products and services to both potential and existing clients.
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and prospect new leads, pitch products and services, and prepare detailed sales proposals.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships through continuous service and support.
- Develop pricing structures and payment options tailored to client needs.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to strategically position CEQUENS in the market.
- Provide regular feedback on market dynamics, competitor pricing, and potential sales losses.
- Utilize CRM tools to update customer data, track interactions, and manage sales quotations.
Client Support and Relationship Building:
- Assist clients in selecting the optimal solutions for their needs by understanding their business requirements.
- Foster strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Deliver presentations that clearly demonstrate the value and ROI of solutions.

Experience
- Minimum of 8 years in sales, specifically in complex technology solutions within the CPaaS, AI and SaaS industries.
- Solid track record of achieving sales targets at an Enterprise level
- Solid track record of achieving multi-million USD sales targets.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, resulting in increased revenue.
- Will have an extensive sales extensive experience and connections within the KSA market. Candidates with no knowledge of the KSA market will not be considered.
Education:
- University degree in a relevant field
Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both orally and written.
- Advanced strategic planning and target achievement skills.
- Proficiency in articulating and selling complex solutions.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to travel across KSA to meet with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, elevate, and nurture professional relationships.
This role is pivotal in driving CEQUENS' growth in KSA focusing on leveraging industry knowledge and network to penetrate the market, ensuring significant revenue growth and expansion of the company's market presence.
