GEMS British International School Madinaty is seeking a creative and inspiring Art Teacher to join our dedicated team. The Art Teacher will play a key role in nurturing students' artistic abilities, fostering creativity, and promoting an appreciation for the visual arts within a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate art lessons, integrating various media and techniques.
- Encourage students to express their ideas and feelings through creative projects and artwork.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic growth.
- Create a classroom environment that is inviting, inclusive, and conducive to creative exploration.
- Organize and participate in art exhibitions, shows, and extracurricular activities to promote student work.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects that integrate art with other subjects.
- Maintain an organized and safe classroom, including the proper care of art supplies and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with art education trends and best practices to continually enhance teaching effectiveness.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A valid teaching certification is preferred.
- Experience teaching art to students at the primary or secondary level, preferably in an international or British curriculum setting.
- Strong knowledge of various artistic techniques and mediums, as well as art history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Commitment to nurturing students' creativity and artistic expression.
