Project Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time office-based role for a project engineer with 5–10 years of experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily tasks related to Design Project Management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress according to the approved schedule
• Demonstrate experience working on projects in the Gulf region.
• Attend regular meetings and submit progress reports.
• Ensure that work is executed according to technical specifications and standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Provide input on variations and change orders when needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification preferable
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Design Project Management.
• Excellent commend of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient/ aware of software, including AutoCAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D), BIM software and project schedules like MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Deep understanding of the various stages of engineering design, from concept to final documentation.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Managing budgets specific to the design phase, including man-hour estimation, software costs, and consultant fees.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal engineering teams, and external consultants.
• Ability to lead and inspire engineering design teams to achieve project objectives.
