IT Specialist

We are seeking a versatile IT Specialist to join our team. This role will combine technical support with infrastructure and system management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working across different IT functions including troubleshooting, networking, cloud services, and data recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely technical support to employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes to ensure data security and business continuity.
• Support cloud platforms and networking systems (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls).
• Assist with small-scale application development or customization to meet business needs.
• Document IT processes, common issues, and troubleshooting steps for internal use.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Monitor and implement IT security best practices across systems and devices.
