Presales Support & Proposal Development
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and draft compelling proposals for clients.
• Conduct thorough research on client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present persuasive presentations and demos tailored to client requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information for proposal submissions.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards during the proposal process.
Bid Management & Strategy
• Lead the bid management process from initiation through submission, ensuring timely delivery of proposals.
• Develop bid strategies that align with the company's goals while addressing client needs.
• Monitor and analyze bid success rates, recommending strategies for improvement.
Team Collaboration & Client Engagement
• Work closely with the sales team to understand pipeline opportunities and strategize accordingly.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and expectations while building long-term relationships.
• Provide training and support to team members in presales and bid management processes.
• Participate in post-bid reviews to assess performance and enhance future submissions.
• Relevant experience in presales, bid management, or proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using proposal management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in client engagement and relationship management.
• Fluent in both languages English and Arabic is an advantage.
