We are seeking a professional and proactive Crowd Management Executive to manage and control the flow of clients and visitors at our office premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth entry, maintaining order, guiding clients, and providing a positive experience while upholding safety and company protocols.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a crowd management.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Well-organized with the ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive situations.
Basic knowledge of office operations, admin work, and safety protocols.
Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and capable of working with diverse teams.
Comfortable standing or moving for extended periods during busy hours.
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in office management or hospitality is a plus.
