This role is designed to provide hands on training, exposure to consulting practices, and professional development. As a Tamheer trainee, you will support the team in delivering impactful client solutions while gaining valuable experience that will prepare you for a future career in consulting.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Objectives

• Assist in research, data collection, and basic analysis to support advisory projects.
• Contribute to preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables under supervision.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions with the team.
• Learn to construct simple financial models and analytical frameworks.
• Support internal initiatives and knowledge building activities within the firm.
• Observe and assist in selected client interactions and communications.
• Gain exposure to project management, teamwork, and consulting methodologies.
