As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at TAWANTECH, you will play a key role in enhancing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to meet business needs and streamline operations. You will leverage your extensive experience to design, develop, and implement sophisticated ServiceNow solutions in line with industry best practices while leading development efforts across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, workflows, and dashboards within ServiceNow.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, conducting code reviews and testing activities.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and user experience of the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay abreast of new ServiceNow features and functionalities, guiding their implementation effectively.
- Contribute to the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications including ITSM, SPM(Activated for IT Only), CSM(Not yet activated), ITAM(Not yet activated), ITOM, AIOps(Not yet activated) modules.
- Engage in platform roadmap planning, driving innovation through continuous improvement and platform modernization efforts.
- Development and enhancement of the Employee Center.
- Review existing services to identify duplicates and improve service categorization.
- Refine the design and usability of forms, enhancing the overall user experience across all services.
- Streamline and simplify service request workflows to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Catalog Manager to identify opportunities for service enhancements or the implementation of new services."
