We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, the ability to read and interpret designs and schematics, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will collaborate across teams to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the development of high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of mechanical product design and development.
- Suggest and implement methods to improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards and technical requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, designs, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and construction site practices is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English.
