Adree is looking for a skilled Products Manager to oversee our product development and lifecycle. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing product strategies, and ensuring successful product launches. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends, using insights to inform product development.
- Develop detailed product roadmaps, specifying features, timelines, and resources required for each stage of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and analytics to inform further improvements and iterations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries both internally and externally.
- Educate and train teams and clients about product features and benefits.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Proven experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and market opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
